Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other). You will receive a tracking number by email and can follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
MRM Distributors is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur once the package is in the hands of the carrier. A tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation, and it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier regarding lost, delayed, or missing packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
Product Quality
Our products are perishable and sensitive to heat and humidity. Please do not leave packages outdoors for extended periods, as this may affect product quality. Track your delivery and bring your order inside promptly to enjoy it as fresh as possible.
Shipping Addresses — Please Read Carefully
It is the customer's responsibility to enter complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. MRM Distributors is not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is lost due to a customer-entered address error, it will not be reshipped or refunded. The customer must place and pay for a new order with corrected information.
Please confirm that your shipping destination has reliable postal service before placing your order. Packages returned as non-deliverable or undeliverable as addressed are subject to a reshipping fee.

While we take every precaution to protect your order in transit, our candies are perishable and can occasionally be affected by adverse weather or handling conditions. If your product arrives damaged or in poor condition, we're happy to review your order for a refund or replacement, if eligible.
